Who we are
Walletmed Heart is a Polish technology company developing a continuous physiological monitoring platform integrated directly into clothing. The solution is designed for environments where rapid assessment of a person’s condition has operational significance — primarily for the armed forces and uniformed services, as well as for industrial, medical and sports applications.
Walletmed Heart technology uses a sensor layer integrated into base-layer clothing. The system is being developed towards simultaneous measurement of, among others, multi-lead ECG, SpO₂ saturation, respiratory parameters via thoracic impedance, bioimpedance, body temperature, and the user’s movement and position. The data are then processed by an analytics layer into decision-support information, including triage status, a digital TCCC card, and readiness and heat-stress indicators.
In military use, the platform aims to give the medic and the commander an up-to-date physiological picture of the soldier both before and after an injury. Data can be transmitted to command systems and medical devices, including via existing tactical communications infrastructure, with the system able to run locally, on-premise or in the user’s sovereign cloud.
The solution is currently at the research and development stage. A working demonstrator integrated into combat clothing has been built, and the 12-lead ECG channel has been tested internally on users during walking, running and other activities. The demonstrator has also been presented to defence-sector institutions in Poland and Norway; the next steps are validation against reference equipment and trials with military users. Walletmed Heart develops the technology in cooperation with clothing manufacturers and defence-sector partners.

Walletmed Heart supplies the sensor layer, electronics, firmware and software, while the partner can be responsible for the final garment and its production. This model has already been applied in cooperation with UNIFEQ.
Dual-use solutions
The same platform can be configured for industrial, sports and medical applications. The garment form and the software layer change, while the sensor architecture, hardware and data processing remain common.
