Who we are
The DUALTEC Cluster was founded in December 2023 by small and medium-sized enterprises and people connected with the defence of the Republic of Poland. In July 2024 the DUALTEC Association of Dual-Use Technology Manufacturers was registered to represent the interests of the Cluster.
In 2025 we launched the Cluster’s activities in earnest — we organised our first Conference in cooperation with the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Białystok. In the same year the first Workshops with the Border Guard took place, which have since become a recurring event organised by our Cluster together with the Border Guard.
2026 has been about building international relationships, another edition of the Workshops with the Border Guard and another edition of the Conference in Białystok, attended by 76 companies and more than 30 state and local government institutions.

Companies, soldiers and front-line experience
The Cluster has a network of connections unique in Poland — it brings together not only small and medium-sized enterprises, but also former soldiers, people involved in defence, organisations and volunteers fighting on the front line in Ukraine, from whom it draws knowledge about the modern battlefield.

Advisory and strategic body
The DUALTEC Cluster Council supports development, initiates projects and strengthens the Cluster’s position. It is an active advisory partner representing the interests of member organisations and people — it contributes knowledge and experience and helps shape strategic directions. Each member organisation has the right to appoint a person of its choice to the Council.
