Three steps to membership
Recommendation
Read the Cluster Agreement and the Rules of the Cluster Council and talk to member companies — recommendations are welcome.
Declaration
Appoint a representative to the Cluster Council, complete the Membership Declaration and send it to the Cluster’s address.
Decision
The Coordinator, in consultation with the Cluster Council, decides on admission to membership — you receive a written decision.

Who can join the cluster?
SMEs, manufacturers, R&D centres and experts working in the field of dual-use technologies — defence, security and dual-use solutions.
Do I need military experience?
No. What counts is technology, competence and a willingness to work together for security.
What does the joining process look like?
Three steps: recommendation / application, submission of the membership declaration and a decision by the board — described in the section “Three steps to membership” above.
How much does membership cost?
The rules and amount of membership fees are set out in the Association’s statute. We will provide detailed information individually once you get in touch.
