Participant registration will open at 8:00.

The official opening of the conference is scheduled for 9:30 on Thursday, 14 May 2026.

The conference is expected to end on Friday at around 16:00.
The closing lunch will begin at around 14:30.

Airfield demonstrations
During your visit to the airfield, please strictly follow the instructions of the airfield authorities and the demonstration organisers.
Conference gala
The gala will take place on Thursday at 20:00 at Hotel Trio.
During the gala, awards will be presented to companies with outstanding technological achievements.
The number of places at the GALA is limited, so places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Image rules
It is forbidden to publish photos, videos or other materials showing soldiers, officers, non-commissioned officers, commissioned officers and generals without their written consent.
This restriction does not apply to interviews given to the media in designated areas.

Participation fees
Participation in the conference (2 days), including:
hot lunch
coffee service
costs PLN 390 gross per person.
Participation in the evening Gala at Hotel Trio: PLN 290 gross per person.

Accommodation booking
Conference participants can take advantage of preferential rates at partner hotels.
The booking password is provided once payment has been received.

Receipt of payment also constitutes confirmation of participation in the conference.
All accommodation includes breakfast.

VIP parking
Parking for VIP guests is located behind the campus gate and will be marked with VIP Parking signs.
Getting to the demonstration airfield
The airfield where the demonstrations will take place is located:
2.3 km from the conference venue – about 5 minutes by car
1,100 m on foot – about an 18-minute walk

Access to the airfield is only possible on presentation of a conference participant badge.
